Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy ​We understand that life is unpredictable and plans can change. To respect the time of our service providers and other clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. ​Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of the service price. ​No-Shows: Failing to show up for your appointment without any prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the booked service price. ​Illness & Emergency Flexibility: We understand that sudden illnesses or emergencies happen. We are happy to allow one courtesy rescheduling due to illness if you notify us as soon as possible. Further exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion. ​Grace Period: We allow a 10-minute grace period. If you are running significantly late, please contact us. We will always do our best to accommodate you, but your service may need to be shortened to respect the next client's schedule. ​Card on File Requirement: A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment (no charges are made upfront). By booking with us, you authorize Magnificent SPA to charge late cancellation fees in accordance with this policy. ​Thank you for understanding and respecting our policy!
